ZUMBA - A fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting, yet easy to follow class! It combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations making for a "feel happy" workout that is great for both the body and mind! Be ready to have fun...just bring a smile. Party Yourself Into Shape
BODY SCULPT- Using your own body weight and dumbbells, tone and trim your body. You will be able to feel those muscles by the end of this workout.
HIIT SANITY - A moderately fast-paced class that is a unique blend of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning and strength & endurance training. An effective workout to tone that body and burn many calories...whilst being a little less 'insane' than well know popularised exercise videos :-)
TurboTone - Using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, Turbo Tone exercises also emphasize core stability.
AB ATTACK - Work those Core muscles and see that six pack making its way through.Monday |
