SPIN

Our instructors will take you on journeys that will test your mind, strength and stamina.  You can choose from 30 mins or 45 mins classes.  You control the resistance.  How far do you want to go? Whats your threshold? Have fun and enjoy the ride.

 

LADIES AND GENTS WELCOME TO ALL SPIN CLASSES!

ZUMBA

A fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting, yet easy to follow class! It combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations making for a "feel happy" workout that is great for both the body and mind! Be ready to have fun...just bring a smile.

 

PARTY YOURSELF INTO SHAPE!

COMBAT

Punch and kick your way into knockout shape with the ultimate martial arts-inspired workout. Expect a bit of sweat and a lot of fun !

HIIT

A moderately fast-paced class that is a unique blend of aerobic & anaerobic conditioning and strength & endurance training. An effective workout to tone that body and burn many calories...whilst being a little less 'insane' than well know popularised exercise videos.

TURBO TONE

Using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, Turbo Tone exercises also emphasize core stability. 

AB ATTACK

Work those core muscles and see that six pack making its way through.

LEGS, BUMS N TUMS

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your hips, thighs, bottoms and tummies.

BURN TO THE BEAT

Body toning to the sounds of dance divas to get you in the mood to burn those calories to your favourite groups and singers.

 Improved cardiovascular fitness , with plenty of motivation. This class has cardiovascular fitness, muscle strengthening and co-ordination. Burn the fat and work the body. 

POUND FIT

A fusion of cardio and pilates insired movements, use Ripstix to rockout to tracks and work every muscle!!  Make some noise!

BE A REBEL AND JOIN THE POUND POSSE!

BLOCKFIT

4 blocks of fitness. Dance, Combat, HIIT and finish with yoga inspired stretches.
